I am now taking applications for a new team member to take over the role of general admin and marketing. The position will include management of the following tasks:
Emails (admin experience is a must!)
Online orders
Original artwork shipping logistics
General marketing
Website management (Squarespace)
Sale inquiries
Art gallery research
Keeping up-to-date info on current and future exhibitions in Australia
Merchandising
Meeting with, and scouting local galleries
Content editing

Thank you for your interest in working with me! With the arrival of the new year I am looking to bring someone on for a casual position, helping me out with my online work load, so that I can focus on creating new art, submitting to potential galleries in the coming months and on my new role as a farther.
The hours each week will vary depending on whats happening at the time. I am predicting 10 hours work a week initially, with those hours expected to increase once a new merchandising line is established.
Anyone who has had experience working in art galleries, or who has extensive knowledge of the art scene in Melbourne and/ or Sydney, will be seriously considered.
The work will enable you to work from home, and I am hoping to employe someone based in Australia. (Overseas applicants with extensive experience will be considered).
Honest and clear communication is essential.
I am only looking to work with someone who is positive and relatively conscious.
Experience in general admin is a must!!! please don’t apply if you don’t have past experience :)
